The Hamilton Energy is Provmar Fuel's supply vessel. In 2002 the vessel will be re-powered with a more powerful engine, at the same time a controllable pitch propeller and stern thruster will be added. These modifications will provide the vessel with increased speed and maneuverability.

The Hamilton Energy was built in 1968 in Grangemouth, Scotland and christened the MV Partington. There were several owners prior to being purchased by Provmar Fuels in 1985.

The vessel has a deadweight capacity of 982 Mt. and this capacity exceeds most fuelling requirements.

The vessel operates under The Master, Captain Clarence Daniels and Chief Engineer Jim Gillespie, who have been with the company since its inception.
